Nylon Coating is a method which does a coating with powder to steel shaft using Dipping-Fluid.
When nylon coating applied to high stress area, its performance must be verified by test equipment.
Vibration and noise test equipment
This equipment has a structure that transmits torque from drive side reducer to stress side reducer by connecting two reducers to turning wheel.
This equipment measures the stress side reducer vibration (3-way) and noise when the inverter is varied reducer's rotational speed.
The power generated by the stress side reducer is reused by the regeneration capability of the inverter.
